AARP Defensive Driving - Advanced Class

Refresh your knowledge of traffic laws. Learn to feel safer and more confident behind the wheel. Develop new ways to cope with aggressive drivers and highway congestion, in a classroom setting. There are no tests. Attend this classroom defensive driving course and receive a 15-percent discount on the liability and no-fault portion of your car insurance premiums for three years, as well as a 3-point credit on your Delaware driving record. Course is designed for people over 50, but is open to everyone who has completed a basic defensive-driving class in the past three years.

Belly Dance

Belly dancing provides a good cardio-vascular workout and helps increase both flexibility and strength, focusing on the torso or "core muscles. Belly dance is suitable for all ages and body types and can be as physical as the participant chooses. Belly dance is not only a beautiful art form but it is a great exercise that keeps your entire body, mind and spirit in shape. Instructor - Jessica Davidson.

Center of Attention

Dance Aerobics

EmpHour YOU 4x4

A charged Pilates mat & group training class. This unique way of resistance training, by using the four limbs, will improve simultaneously  your cardiovascular capacity, your upper & lower body muscular endurance, strength as well as stamina and recovery capacity. This is an intense & physically challenging class designed to take you further than other levels. Prior Core class experience is recommended. Hour of Power

Hour of Power is a Pilates mat class using Core Power to focus on utilizing and strengthening abdominal and back muscles.  This is a more physically challenging class designed to take you further than an all levels practice. Mommy & Me Fitness (with baby ages 1-3)

Mommy & Baby fitness is the ideal way to bond with your baby while burning a bunch of calories and improving Moms mental & physical health. Class combines strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Restore The Core

Silver Lake Evening Kayak Tour

Come explore the "creatures of the night on Silver Lake."  On your 2 hour kayaking adventure we will seek out owls, watch fish jump in the moonlight, and experience how nocturnal animals live.  No experience necessary and all equipment & guides are included.
