  • Salary – ACADEMY: $41,722     YEAR 1: $45,999, Year: 2 $49,495, Year 3: $52,598
  • Excellent pension plan-(option to retire after 20 years of service at 50% of salary, 67.5% of salary at 25 years of service and 85% of salary at 30 years of service. Retirement is mandatory at age 55 or 30 years of service whichever occurs first.)
  • Health Care: 85% of monthly premium for individual employee. Dependant coverage the City of Dover will contribute 75% of the dependant premium.

  • Shoe allowance of $175.00 per year
