- If you are NOT making changes to your LID and AFLAC benefits, no action needs to be taken
- Action ONLY needs to be taken if you would like to continue coverage with ASI Flexible Spending Benefits
- No documents will be accepted after December 11, 2023
- All documents should be returned to humanresources@dover.de.us
