Fines for Dover City Ordinance violations are paid at the police department. We accept payments in the following methods:

1. Pay by Mail
   Mail in your fine in the envelope provided with summons. Please do not mail cash! Incorrect payment amounts will be returned.
2. Pay in Person
   Our Records Unit is open Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. You may appear in person to pay your fine and obtain a receipt during these hours. For your convenience, we have a secure drop box in our lobby for after-hours payments. When using the drop box, please refer to the instructions posted for proper credit to your account.
3. Pay by Phone
   For your convenience, you may pay your fine by phone using Visa or MasterCard. Contact the Records Unit during business hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:30) at 302-736-7105.

The Dover Police Department does not accept payments for:
Uniform Traffic Complaint/Summons
Red Light Camera violations
