| Facilities Management
In general, this division of Cental Services has responsibility for the maintenance and cleaning of all City
buildings except the Police Station and Power Plant. It is responsible for the
following tasks: - Supervises and performs maintenance, repairs, and construction
on all City building including structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
work.
- Provides custodial services to five (5) city buildings.
- Maintains
and repairs fences and playground equipment.
- Provides general maintenance
services to the Water/Wastewater and Electric utilities.
- Supervises City rental
properties.
