Important Registration Information
Registration is required and all fees must be paid prior to participation in a program. Many programs fill quickly, so we encourage early registration. Registrations are accepted at the Dover Park Recreation Center, by phone, and by mail.

Telephone Registrations
Telephone registrations are only accepted with credit card payment by calling 302-736-7050. Discover, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are NOT issued unless the program is cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department.
Volunteers
Volunteers are welcomed to assist in a vast variety of programs. Interested? Contact the Parks & Recreation Office for a Volunteer Registration Form to get started.
Our program brochure
The City of Dover Parks, Recreation, and Library brochure is published tri-annually (March, August, and December). We distribute the brochure via the Dover Post, Capital School District (grades 1 - 6), City of Dover?s - City Hall, Administrative Services, Parks, Recreation, & Library Departments, and through the mail.

however, programs and program information is subject to change without notice.
How to miss out and/or lose great programs!
Nothing cancels a great activity more quickly than participants waiting until the last minute to register. There is a point where, if there are not enough registrants, an activity is cancelled. Calling the day before or even showing up the day of the activity to sign-up won't save the program! Please register quickly!
