11.  Rezoning Request/First Reading (Recommended for referral to the Planning Commission on July 16, 2007 and that a Public Hearing be set for August 13, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.)

 

A.Properties located at 118 and 122 Roosevelt Avenue, owned by F L and D, Inc. These properties, consisting of two parcels totaling 0.576+/- acres, are currently zoned R-8 (One Family Residence) and the proposed zoning is C-4 (Highway Commercial)
