Properties located on the east side of South West Street, south of West Division Street (Capital Scrap Yard), owned by the Downtown Dover Development Corporation. These properties, consisting of eight (8) parcels totaling 1.4601^+/- acres, are currently zoned C-3 (Service Commercial) and the proposed zoning is C-2A (Limited Central Commercial). The First Reading of the proposed ordinance was accomplished during the Council Meeting of May 29, 2007.
