Since they are amendments to the Zoning Code, it is recommended for referral to the Parks, Recreation, and Community Enhancement Committee on October 9, 2007 and that a Public Hearing be set for October 22, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. and that the Second Reading and Final Action by Council take place at that time.
