5. Request for Extension of Rezoning Approval - Properties located on South West Street (Capital Scrap Yard), owned by the Downtown Dover Development Corporation. These properties, consisting of eight (8) parcels totaling 1.4601+/- acres, were rezoned from C-3 (Service Commercial) to C-2A (Limited Central Commercial) on July 9, 2007.
