POLICE PENSION BOARD

The Police Pension Board met on February 20, 2007 at 11:10 a.m. with Chairman Ruane presiding in the absence of Chairman Mullaney. Mr. DePrima was present. Members absent were Ret. Lt Knotts, Mr. Hogan, Ret. Capt. Gray, and Chief Horvath.

This meeting was scheduled to discuss Reallocating the Target Allocation for Bonds.

Due to the lack of a quorum, no discussion was held and with no further business to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned.

Meeting Adjourned at 11:11 A.M.
