The subject property consists of 10.776 Acres +/- of land zoned C-3 (Service Commercial Zone) and is subject to AEOZ (Airport Environs Overlay Zone). Proposed Text Amendment: Corridor Overlay Zone - ıPublic Hearing and Recommendation to City
Council on a proposed text amendment to Zoning
Ordinance, Article 3 District Regulations which will amend Article 3,
Section 27 ı Corridor Overlay Zone (COZ-1) in regards to the placement of
buildings on corner lots in the Corridor Overlay Zone.ı The proposed amendment would permit the
Planning Commission to waive parking and setback requirements on one side of a
property on a corner lot when a Superior Urban Design has been demonstrated. This amendment is proposed by applicant,
