The project site is zoned C-2 (Central Commercial Zone), C-3 (Service Commercial Zone), RG-1 (General Residence Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone).ý The properties are located on the north side of Forest Street between South Kirkwood Street and South West Street.
