2008 City Of Dover Municipal Election

between the Hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M.

PLEASE NOTE:   ONLY the First (1^st) District City Council Seat is Being Contested in This Election.

THE POLLING PLACE FOR ALL ELIGIBLE CITY OF DOVER VOTERS IS:

The At-Large, Second (2^nd), Third (3^rd), and Fourth (4^th) District Council Seats are UNOPPOSED; therefore, there will be NO election for these districts.

To determine your CITY OF DOVER COUNCIL DISTRICT, access our Polling Place Look-up or contact the City Clerk’s Office at 736-7008

Residents who wish to vote in the City of Dover Municipal Election must be:

1.) Resident of the 1st District

2.) 18 Years of Age

3.) Properly Registered to Vote by 03/31/08

To find out if you are REGISTERED TO VOTE, contact the Department of Elections at 739-4498, or visit their website at: http://pollingplace.delaware.gov/

Any qualified elector, duly registered, may cast his vote by ABSENTEE BALLOT. If you are unable to vote at the polls, access the Absentee Ballot or call 736-7008 to see if you are qualified to vote absentee.
