CITIZEN ACTION CENTER CRM
 The CRM (Customer Relations Management) Program is Active!
You will see a few changes on our website as we implement our new Customer Service Portal.
This will aid you in accessing more information 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We are starting with more than 350 FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) and the database will grow as the information is requested and accessed. We believe this will be a positive addition to our website in making information available to you.
If when you access the FAQ's and you can not find your answer, you will have the option to send a "Citizen Request" which will be directed to the proper person and you can receive via email an answer to your question.
Our goal with the CRM Program is to answer more questions more efficiently and consistently than ever before.
If you do not have access to email you can call and submit your request and we will submit the information for you. If you would like a call back, someone will be happy to return your call.
We hope this enhances your customer service experience with the City of Dover.
