Property Assessments/Senior Citizen 2008

The Office of City Assessor has published the 2008 Property Assessment Registers for the 2008-2009 tax year.  The register is located under the Tax Office Public Documents.  For your convenience, we have also posted the applicable appeal forms, if you desire to appeal the current assessment on your property.  The deadline for filing for an appeal of your assessment is April 30 2008. 

A hard copy, of the Assessment Register, as well as the appeal forms, is also located at the Dover Public Library; the Assessors Office and the City Clerks Office

The Senior Citizen Application forms are located under the Tax Office Public Documents.  A hard copy of this application is also available at the Modern Maturity Center; the Dover Public Library; and the Assessors Office.  An application may also be obtained by calling the Assessors Office at 302-736-7022.
