American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Availability for Nonprofit Organizations for Housing and Community Service Projects

The City of Dover Planning Office is pleased to announce the 2nd round ARPA grant opportunity for nonprofit organizations to apply for affordable housing and community service projects.

The application and instructions are available at the link below. Please review the eligibility requirements and eligible projects in the Press Release before applying.

The application deadline is April 12, 2023 at 5:00 pm.  All applications must be submitted electronically, no exceptions.  If you have any questions regarding the ARPA grant, please email arpadoverde@dover.de.us.
