ZUMBA

Dance your way to a more fit you! Exciting & unique Latin moves & rhythms. Zumba ® is a high energy Latin dance in a fitness class setting. Made for all levels of fitness & you don’t even have to know how to dance. Participants should bring water & towel.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba ® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Weight Loss Boot Camp

Outdoors

Challenge yourself OUTDSIDE with this fast paced, calorie blasting, core tightening and muscle toning class.  Boot Camp is the most effective way to challenge core strength and stability.  This 45 minute workout will build muscle and increase cardiovascular endurance, which will prepare the body to lose inches and weight at the same time.  All levels welcome and modifications are given.   Instructor - Susan Albanese.  [Minimum 5/ Maximum 25]

  Hoop Dance (ages 12 & up)

Channel your inner youth with this fun and effective workout!  Hoop Dance really can help you slim down.  It burns about seven calories a minute, according to a 2010 study.  In each class you will learn a dance sequence with 4 to 8 movements that will be boke down step by step.

Zilch to 5K

Class will help you reach your 5k, 10k, half marathon goals or fitness goals.  We'll focus on tempo runs, interval training and speed work that will increase your endurance, milage and confidence. Tai Chi For Beginners   (all ages)

Learn the Yang Long Form of Tai Chi.  Tai Chi for beginners is a great place to start to improve circulation, muscle tone & to strengthen your immune system.  Your flexibility, balance, posture and mental focus will also improve.  Often called ‘Movement in Mediation’ and is the ultimate in learning to relax.  We begin with stretching & breathing exercises and then learn the first section of Yang Long Form.  Leave class more invigorated, more relaxed and your ‘Chi’ (energy meridians) will flow more easily.  Instructor – Stan Ivy.  [Minimum 5/ Maximum 16]
