Face masks are required to be worn in all City of Dover facilities.


Total Body Blast  

This class focuses on intervals of cardio, weights and core training.  The 3 components of being happy, healthy and losing body fat.  30 minutes of total body intervals and 15 minutes of floor work will shock your body leaving you feeling energized and recharged.  Instructor:  Susan Albanese.
