Dance your way to a more fit you! Exciting & unique Latin moves & rhythms. Zumba ® is a high energy Latin dance in a fitness class setting. Made for all levels of fitness & you don’t even have to know how to dance. Participants should bring water & towel.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba ® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.   A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  [Minimum 4/Maximum 20]  Instructor – Jennifer Tunnis

Kickbox Boot Camp

Class is a time-efficient, interval-style workout that yields great results. Cardio kickboxing drills and combinations improve aerobic endurance and burn calories. Athletic drills incorporated as short burst challenge the body anaerobically. The finishing touch is a strength training segment that targets large muscle groups and improves muscular endurance. Yang Tai Chi For Beginners

Tai Chi for beginners is a great place to start to improve circulation, muscle tone and strength.  Tai Chi will strengthen your immune system and your overall health.  Posture, balance, flexibility and mental focus will also improve.  We will begin class with stretching and breathing exercises and then learn the first section of 22 movements in the Yang Long form.  [Min 5/Max 25]  Instructor – Dr. Stan Ivey
