Dance your way to a more fit you! Exciting & unique Latin moves & rhythms. Zumba ® is a high energy Latin dance in a fitness class setting. Made for all levels of fitness & you don’t even have to know how to dance. Participants should bring water & towel.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba ® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.   A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  [Minimum 4/Maximum 20]  Instructor – Jennifer Tunnis

Kickbox Boot Camp

Class is a time-efficient, interval-style workout that yields great results. Cardio kickboxing drills and combinations improve aerobic endurance and burn calories. Athletic drills incorporated as short burst challenge the body anaerobically. The finishing touch is a strength training segment that targets large muscle groups and improves muscular endurance. Hoop Dance

Hula Hoop Dancing, or Hooping, is a combination of dancing and hula hooping, where the dancer rotates the hoop on all parts of the body, not just the waist like traditional hula hooping. Different dance styles are incorporated into the routines. The provided hoops allow for more controlled movement around the body. Class helps to build strength, muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Runners Bootcamp

Slow Yoga Flow

The softer side to Power Yoga. This class is a vinyasa/yin fusion style class blending a slow-moving flow to prepare the body for long, deep holds. You will release tension, facilitate opening in every area and work deep into connective tissue.
