On Monday April 29th – Friday May 24th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the City of Dover will be giving away free leaf compost and wood chips at Schutte Park. Schutte Park is located on Electric Avenue off of Hazlettville Road, west of Proctor and Gamble. Follow Electric Avenue all the way to the back gate. Public Works personnel will be on site for assistance.
