Biographical Information
Dianne Bogle has lived and worked in Delaware for more than 25 years. After finishing high school at Lake Forest in 1992, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Delaware State University in 1997 and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University in 2005. Dianne has served the community doing youth development work with the Boys and Girls Clubs in Kent and Sussex counties. Dianne has also worked with the Murphy School, YMCA resource center of Delaware and Delaware State University. Dianne’s responsibilities at Delaware State included coordinating retention efforts for the Project Success and Jumpstart Programs and instructing University Seminar.
In 2010 Dianne joined the Capital School District as the Parent Engagement and Mentoring Coordinator. In that role, she oversaw parent and mentoring programs for the district’s 12 schools. Dianne enjoys working with youth and families and is passionate about mentoring and coaching. In May of 2015, Dianne began an educational consulting business securing a contract with the Delaware Department of Education and accepted a positon as the Delaware Program Manager for the Jefferson Awards.
In her spare time Dianne enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Dianne is the proud parent of one daughter, Jada a Dover High School Junior. Dianne is also a published poet and has performed her work at numerous venues around the country.
