Where solid waste is collected from the front or side street, containers shall be placed no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before collection day and shall be removed to a point at the side or rear of the structure not later than 8:00 p.m. of the day of collection.

Tires, concrete, hazardous material, rock, trees, brush and scrap building materials or other trash resulting from construction or remodling.

 The City of Dover does not pick up or dispose of tires. To see various locations that do, go to the State of DE - DSWA website for additional information.

Set item out on regular trash day by 7:00 a.m.

Only call Public Works at 302-736-7025 for a pile that exceeds 4'x8'x4'.

Each container is $25.00 monthly. A second can would be an additional $25.00.
