SPECIAL MEETING

October 10, 1930

Meeting was called to order at 2:30 P.M. by President Woodford with the following members present Messrs. Clark, Clements, Hinkle, Keith, Downes, Frear, & LeFevre. The object of this meeting was to hear any committees regarding the laying pf sidewalks within the city limits. Notices had been given by Council in two newspapers affecting property owners concerned. After some discussion for and against the laying of these sidewalks the Council instructed the property owners that this work would not be compelled to be done this fall but must be done on or before April 1, 1931.

Council adjourned at 3:15 P.M.
