SPECIAL MEETING

June 4, 1930

The meeting was called to order by President Woodford with the following members present: Messrs. Downes, Clements, Frear, Hinkle and LeFevre.

ORDINANCES

The attached ordinances submitted by the State Highway Dept. were passes upon vote as follows.

Downes, Yes. Clements Yes. Hinkle Yes. Frear Yes. Burton Yes. LeFevre Yes.

NEW DEEP WELL WATER PUMP

Bids which were submitted to the City Manager for a deep well pump were gone over and the order was given to Byron & Jackson for the automatic Pump installed. Upon motion of Messrs. Downes & Hinkle.

PAY OFF NOTE

Upon motion of Messrs. Downes & Frear Council instructed the Clerk to have the Treasurer pay off the note of $8000.00 which was borrowed to secure the rights of ways for the Govs. Ave. boulevard.

ADJOURNMENT
