REGULAR MEETING

December 9, 1929

The meeting was called to order by President Woodford at 7:50 P.M. with the following members present Messrs. Frear, Burton, Clark, Keith, Hinkle, Downes and LeFevre.

MINUTES

Upon motion of Messrs. Keith and Clark the reading of the minutes of the last regular meeting was dispensed with.

ALDERMANS REPORT

The Alderman’s report for the month of November and fines collected amounting to $107.00 with 21 arrests. Check for same being turned over to the treasurer. Upon motion of Messrs. Keith & Clark this report was ordered accepted and filed.

POLICE REPORT

The report of the Police was accepted as read upon motion of Messrs. Hinkle & Burton.

CITY MANAGERS REPORT

The attached report of the City Manager was accepted ordered placed in the minutes and filed, upon motion of Messrs. Burton & Clark.

BILLS FOR MRS. KENNEY

Upon motion of Messrs. Keith & Downes Council instructed Clerk to issue orders for the payment of store bills for Mrs. Kenney who has several small children and no means of support.
