SPECIAL MEETING

August 9, 1928

The Meeting was called to order by Pres. Woodford at 3 P.M. with the following members present, Messrs. Frear, Downes, Burton, Hinkle & Clements.

NEW GAS ROLLER

Council considered prices on several different makes of gas rollers and decided upon motion of Messrs. Downes & Frear to purchase a 7 ton Huber Roller at a price of $2700.00 between the new gas roller and the old steam roller.

ALLOWANCE ON RIGHTS OF WAY

Council decided to pay damages amounting to $600.00 to Nellie Brunkie and $400.00 to ODay for crossing their property in north Dover with the new Govs. Ave. State Road.

FINANCE COMMITTEE

Clerk was ordered to draw order on the treasurer necessary for the payment of the balance due E. R. Mixner for street work.
