SPECIAL MEETING
January 29, 1926
Members Present: President Woodford, Messrs. LeFevre, Downes, Clements, Keith, Burton, Frear, Hinkle & Clark.
The meeting was called for the purpose of receiving bids on the new street lighting for Loockerman St.
The bids were received as follows:

Extra Additional trenching, cable, refilling complete $.80 per lenial foot.
Council acting on motion of Messrs. Clements & Burton awarded the contract to The Central Station Equipment Co., of New York at $9,820 and each additional foot at $.80.
Motion of Messrs. LeFevre & Downes Council voted to use the Union Metal Standards design #807 and General Electric Co. #9 Novalux Lamp.
After hearing the opinion of Solicitor Satterfield Council acting on motion of Messrs. LeFevre & Burton voted, The Light & Water Committee is authorized to negotiate contracts to supply electric current to adjacent communities at a rate to be determined by the said committee; said contracts to be drawn by the City Solicitor and approved by The Town Council.
