Dover, Delaware. April 8th, 1924.

Special Meeting.

Council met in Special Session at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office to receive the Assessment List from Assessor O. C. Hayes.

The following members were present Messrs. Burton, Clements, Clark, Keith, Hancock, Frear and Downes,

Council immediately began its consideration of the assessment.

On motion of Messrs. Clark and Burton the Council unanimously agreed to strike off the Ball Park.

Adjournment:

Council not having completed its work adjourned at 11:00 P.M. to meet the following evening in the Town Office to continue its work.

Council met at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office to continue its consideration of the assessment list.

The following members were present.

Messrs. Burton, Clements, Clark, Frear, Downes and Hancock,

Council not having completed its work at 10:55 P.M. adjourned to meet the following evening at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office.

Dover, Delaware, April 10th, 1924.

Special Meeting.

Council met at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office to continue its consideration of the assessment list.

The following members were present, Messrs. Burton, Clements, Clark, Keith, Downes and Hancock.

The property of Mr. O. C. Hayes was assessed by the Council at Seventeen Hundred Dollars.

After completing its consideration of the assessment list as submitted by the Assessor with corrections, additions and changes noted was accepted by council upon motion of Messrs. Burton and Clements.

Upon motion of Messrs. Burton and Clark Council directed the clerk to make up three copies of the assessment list as submitted by the Assessor, corrected and revised by Council, and instructed to hang one copy in the Post Office, one copy in the Town Office and to post notices in six places throughout the town calling of the tax payers of the said town to the posting of said Assessment List.

There being no further business Council voted to adjourn at 11:30 P.M.
