Dover, Delaware, March 19th, 1923.
SPECIAL MEETING
Council met in Special session at 7:30 P. M. in the Robbins Hose Building to receive the 1923 Assessment List from Assessor, Frank Vansant.
The following members were present: Messrs. Hopkins, Clark, Burton, Bice and Keith.
Council immediately began its consideration of the Assessment List.
Adjournment: On motion duly made and seconded, Council, not having completed its work adjourned to meet the following night at 7:30 P. M. in the Town Office to continue its work.

Council met at 7:30 P. M. to continue consideration of the Assessment List. The following members were present: Messrs. Burton, Clark, Downes, Keith, Clements and Pres. Hopkins.
Not having completed its work at 10:30 P. M. Council adjourned to meet the following evening at 7:00 P. M.

Dover, Delaware March 21st, 1923.
Council Met at 7:00 P. M. to continue its consideration of the Assessment List with the following members present: Messrs. Burton, Downes, Clements, Keith and Pres. Hopkins.
Assessor’s Property Assessed: On motion of Messrs. Keith and Clements Council voted to assess Mr. Vansant’s property at $1400.00.
Assessment List Accepted: After completing its consideration of the Assessment List as submitted by the Assessor and corrections and revisions had been made Council accepted the List on motion of Mess. Keith and Burton.
TRANSCRIPT ORDERED MADE UP BY THE CLERK AND SAME POSTED: On motion of Messrs. Keith and Clements, Council directed the Clerk to make three copies of the Assessment List as submitted by the Assessor, corrected and revised by Council, and to post same in the Town Office and in the Post Office, and instructed that six notices be posted in various places in the Town calling attention to the Posting of the Assessment List.
Adjournment: There being no further business Council voted to adjourn.
