Dover, Delaware, March 6, 1922.
The regular monthly meeting of Town Council met at 7:30 P. M. with the following members present: Messrs. Hopkins, Keith, Clark, Bice, Hancock, Clements and the President of Council, Mr. Magee.
The reading of the Minutes were dispensed with on motion of Messrs. Hopkins and Keith.
Engineers Report: No report was presented owing to illness of the Chief Engineer
Superintendent’s Report: The following report was presented and on motion of Messrs. Hopkins and Bice same was accepted by Council, ordered filed and entered in the Minutes.

On motion of Messrs. Bice and Hancock the Treasurer’s Report was accepted by Council, ordered filed and entered in the Minutes.
ALSERMAN’S REPORT The Alderman’s report for the month of February showed nine arrests and fines collected amounted to $43.00, check for same being turned over to the Treasurer. Report accepted on motion of Messrs. Keith and Clark.
Committee on Accounts: No Report. Bill to F. T. Herbert & Co., for $19.50 accepted and ordered paid.

Tree Committee: No Report
Fire & Police Committee: A letter to Robbins Hose Company from J. A. Prescott, inclosing bill for $132.42 was referred to this Committee and the Solicitor for full investigation.
Water & Light Committee:
BIDS FOR HAULING COAL: The following sealed bids for the contract for hauling coal for the year 1922 were opened:
Walter H. Peterson $0.60 per ton.
Reed and Johnson .50 do

On motion of Messrs. Bice and Hancock the contract was awarded to the lowest bidder, Reed and Johnson.
Meter and Transformer Contract: The meter and transformer contract was delivered by Mr. Bice the Chairman of the Committee to Supt. Burton for safe keeping in the Town Safe.
REPORT OF THE SOLICITOR FOR 1921: The following report of the Solicitor for 1921 was received and read to Council and on motion of Messrs Keith and Hopkins was accepted by vote of Council, ordered filed and entered in the Minutes:
