The Special Meeting of the Board of Tax Appeals was brought to order at 10:04 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2005, By Chairman Councilman Ruane. Members present were Councilman Ruane; Councilman Salters; and Councilman Sadusky. Mayor Speed joined the meeting at 10:30 AM. Staff present was Cheryl Russell and Tony DePrima. .
