Council approved construction of the electric line extension between Cowgill’s Corner and the North Little Creek Road, a distance of approximately one and seven-eighths miles, providing a minimum of four farms and two other dwellings agree to purchase current for a period of five years at a minimum rate to the farms of $10.00 per month, and to the dwellings of $3.00 per month.
