Biographical Information
Justina Brinkley is a dedicated and seasoned human services professional with over a decade of experience serving diverse populations across Delaware and New York. She currently serves as a Public Relations Officer, where she partakes in strategic communication efforts to promote housing initiatives, community engagement, and accessible services for low- and moderate-income residents.
With a strong foundation in family services, housing advocacy, and criminal justice, Justina’s career spans roles in child support enforcement, emergency housing assistance, and corrections. Her work reflects a deep commitment to equity, public service, and trauma-informed care. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive pathways for vulnerable populations particularly those affected by homelessness, incarceration, and economic instability.
A proud mother of three, Justina brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work with families and communities. She is skilled in case management, stakeholder collaboration, and community-based programming, and is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
She holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Criminal Justice from the New York Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Delaware State University.
