Scott W. Cole represents the 3rd District. He was sworn into office on May 11, 2015.
Scott is a graduate of Delaware State University (B.A. 1995) with a degree in History Education. After teaching for 18 years in Maryland and Delaware public schools, he became a UniServ Director for the Delaware State Education Association in 2014. He was chosen by College Board to grade AP History exams for the past 5 years in Kansas City. Scott was one of 20 teachers in the country selected to attend a leadership summit at Brown University in Providence, RI, and was nominated for Teacher of the Year multiple times. In his spare time, Scott enjoys watching the Phillies and Ravens, reading, and spending time with his family.
He lives in Dover with his wife, Kelley Pritchard-Cole and their two children, Paisley and Tanner.
